Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us BEFORE 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time. If cancelation occurs between 24 hours and 1 hour of your scheduled appointment time a 50% fee for the total service price will be incurred. To cancel or reschedule you may call or text (4 3 4) 6 6 5 - 3 9 9 3 and provide the following information: -Parent/Guardian's full name -Appointment type (i.e. Consultation, Pre-Assessment, Private Lesson, etc.) -Your currently scheduled appointment date/time -You wish to cancel or reschedule your current appointment If calling or texting us, the above information is very important. It allows us to correctly identify our clients and the specific appointment that is being canceled or rescheduled. PLEASE NOTE: If you do not cancel or reschedule your appointment within 1 HOUR of your scheduled appointment time, and/or you do not arrive to your scheduled appointment ("No Show"), The Learning Edge Tutoring Center, LLC maintains the right to retain 100% of the originally scheduled service cost. If an emergency has occurred that has resulted in your inability to arrive to your scheduled appointment, please call our office as soon as possible to request that your collected fee be applied to your next scheduled appointment. This request may only be made within 1 week of your missed appointment. Furthermore, The Learning Edge Tutoring Center, LLC will only approve 1 emergency "No Show" pre-payment for the next scheduled service (per family). Thank you for allowing us to serve your family!
